Fourth of July Celebration at The Pier
Dazzling fireworks, local bands, food, and arts & crafts ignite this annual waterfront party. This event is perfect for the entire family! Fireworks begin around 9:30 p.m., weather permitting. Don't forget to bring a jacket!
Bhangra & Beats Night Market
Experience the diverse culture of San Francisco at Bhangra & Beats, where you can groove to the beats of Bhangra music and other popular Bay Area music genres. This FREE event takes place over four Fridays in 2024, transforming downtown into a lively marketplace. Enjoy food, cocktails, and shopping and celebrate SF's vibrant cultural scene.
Downtown First Thursdays
DFT is a free monthly street party hosted in Downtown San Francisco, taking place every first Thursday of the month from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Get ready for disco in the streets, DJs, live music, drag, martial arts, fashion, street performances, and many other surprises! The fun takes place on Second Street (between Market and Howard) and along neighboring alleyways ready for you to explore. The event will also feature two 21+ outdoor bars on Minna and Natoma.
Fillmore Jazz Festival
Three stages of continuous jazz performances, more than 300 artists’ booths, and international food courts with some of the best food and beverages that San Francisco has to offer.
AIDS Walk
This annual walk to raise funds for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation has inspired thousands of people to walk and donate in support of fighting HIV/AIDS. While participating in the walk, stop by The National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park.
San Francisco Frozen Film Festival

San Francisco Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K Run/Walk

The USAT&F Certified course is a "best of San Francisco" tour and includes a loop over the Golden Gate Bridge. Chelsea v. Wrexham - USA Tour 2024
Chelsea F.C. and Wrexham AFC are returning to the United States this summer for a July 24 match at Levi’s® Stadium. This match will be one of Wrexham AFC’s three U.S. matches this summer as part of their 2024 Wrex Coast Tour.
Copa America 2024™️ - Brazil vs. Colombia
Levi’s® Stadium will host Ecuador vs. Venezuela on Saturday, June 22 and Brazil vs. Colombia on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 as part of the Group Stage of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™️. This is your chance to see some of the finest athletes in South American soccer in nearby Santa Clara.
California Classic NBA Summer Leage
The sixth annual California Classic Summer League will feature three days of game play at Chase Center on July 6, 7 and 10 between the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. The Summer League games will primarily feature rookies selected in the 2024 NBA Draft, along with players competing to make the NBA and G League regular season rosters. This is your chance to see the superstars of tomorrow before they make it on SportsCenter!
Up Your Alley Fair
Similar to September’s Folsom Street Fair, which is the climax of Leather Pride Week, this event has a more local appeal for leatherfolk and draws some 12,000-plus attendees.
